A View is a saved slice of your Overview — the filters that define which traffic you’re looking at, saved under a name so you can reopen it without rebuilding the filters, or share it with someone else. Views live under Views in the dashboard sidebar.

My Views vs. Shared with me

The Views nav item expands into two pages:
  • My Views — views you created. Each row shows its name, scope, status, and how many people it’s shared with (“Shared with 3” or “Not shared”).
  • Shared with me — secure shares other Dáva accounts have granted you. Each row shows who shared it, its status (Active, Pending, or Access expired), and when it expires.

Save a view

1

Filter the Overview

Set the filters you want on the Overview page — date range, source, medium, platform, campaign, or a selection of URLs.
2

Save it

Open the view dropdown at the top of the Overview and choose Create new View. Give it a name.
3

Pick a scope type

  • Dynamic — matches future traffic against the saved filters (source, medium, platform, campaign, term). As new visits come in that match the filters, they’re included automatically.
  • Fixed — freezes the current selection of URL mappings. New mappings that would otherwise match aren’t added.

Reopening a view

The view dropdown on the Overview page lists All traffic (the default, unfiltered view) alongside your saved views and any shared with you. Picking one applies its filters immediately. From My Views, click a row to open it the same way.

Sharing a view

A view itself is always private to you — sharing is a separate action. From My Views, open a row’s menu and choose Share to start a secure share pre-filled with that view’s scope. Think of a secure share as the same view with permissions and a recipient attached.
