  • A Dava account.
  • A domain or subdomain you control and can edit DNS records for.

Connect your domain

Add the domain in the dashboard

Go to Domains and add the hostname you want to use for tracked links, for example go.yourbrand.com.

Point DNS at Dava

Create the DNS record shown in the dashboard for your domain. TLS certificates are issued automatically once the record resolves.

Wait for verification

The domain shows as active in the dashboard once DNS has propagated and the certificate is issued.

Create a mapping

Open Mappings

Choose the domain you just connected and create a new mapping.

Define the rule

Set the incoming URL pattern and the destination URL visitors should be redirected to.

Test it

Open a tracked URL in your browser. You should be redirected to the destination, and the visit appears in the dashboard.
