A secure share gives another person a read-only window into part of your Dáva account — an Overview view, with permissions and an expiry attached — without adding them to your team. They sign into (or create) their own Dáva account and see only what you’ve granted: never your Mappings, Domains, Settings, Billing, or Integrations. Manage shares under Settings → Secure Shares.

Create a share

1

Share details

Give the share an internal name (the recipient never sees it), and enter one or more recipient emails — up to 20 per share. Set an expiry (7, 30, or 90 days, or never) and the data period the share covers.
2

Set the scope

Choose what the recipient can see:
  • Selected URLs — pick specific mappings from a checklist.
  • Attribute filter — combine Source, Medium, Platform, Campaign, and URL-contains filters.
  • Or start from a saved view via its Share action, which pre-fills this step.
The scope is snapshotted at creation — it won’t pick up new mappings or traffic that would match the filters later.
3

Set permissions

Toggle what the recipient can see:When the sessions list is on, choose Outcome only (Hot Lead and Acquisition sessions, the default) or All sessions. Mappings and account settings are never shared, regardless of these toggles.
4

Review and send

The preview panel shows the share exactly as the recipient will see it. Send it once it looks right.

What the recipient sees

Each recipient gets a link to a read-only page showing your account name, the data period, and which filters scope the data. It’s gated to exactly what you granted — the KPI cards, outcomes chart, revenue section, and sessions table each only appear if their permission is on — plus a summary of what’s included and restricted. A Get your own Dáva account link is always shown.

Managing recipients

The share’s row lists each recipient’s status — Pending (invited, not yet opened) or Accepted — with per-recipient Revoke and Resend invite actions, plus a Revoke all action for the whole share. Revoking is immediate: the recipient’s next visit shows an expired/revoked message instead of your data.
