# Team members

> Invite teammates to your workspace and manage their roles.

Manage your team under **Settings → Workspace**, on the **Team** tab.

## Roles

| Role   | Can do                                                                            |
| ------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Owner  | Everything, including changing roles, removing any member, and GDPR data requests |
| Admin  | Invite and remove members                                                         |
| Member | View and use the dashboard, no team management                                    |

## Invite a member

    In the **Invite team member** card, enter the email address, pick a role, and click **Invite**.

  <Step title="The invitee joins">
    * **New to Dava:** they receive a sign-up link by email; their account is created and joined to your workspace in one step.
    * **Already has a Dava account:** they receive an invitation email, and a banner appears in their dashboard — accepting it adds your workspace to their account.

Pending invitations are listed in their own card (visible to owners and admins), where you can revoke an invite that hasn't been accepted yet.

## Remove a member

In the team members table, open the action menu on the member's row and choose **Remove**. Access is revoked immediately. Owners can't be removed.
